PREVENTION PROTOCOL AGAINST THE NEW CORONA VIRUS

Since we received local government authorization to resume activities on April 14th, 2020, our daily focus is based on taking the necessary measures for the safety of our guests and staff.

 

GENERAL CARE MEASURES

  • Mandatory use of a mask for employees, guests and customers;
  • We offer 70% alcohol gel at the entrance of the Hotel, at the beginning of the social staircase, at every door on the three floors that gives access to the elevator, and also at the restaurant, function rooms and general lobby;
  • Acrylic protector around the reception of the desk;
  • Informative social distance stickers with 1.5 meters between spaces on the floor and marking access to the reception;
  • We provide a sanitary mat at the main entrance of the Hotel;
  • We offer the alcohol gel “totem” at the entrance of the Hotel;
  • Gym use is by appointment at the reception. Maximum use if for two people from the same family;


ACCOMMODATION

  • We reduced the items in our minibars and attend to any request through room service;
  • The cleaning team in the common areas and in the apartments does all hygiene cleaning measures. Thus guaranteeing your own safety as well as that of our guests and clients;
  • All cleaning procedures are being carried out with the product ALPHA HP registered with ANVISA number 3266102090019 (Brazilian Health Regulatory Agency);


RESTAURANT

  • Our restaurant respects the distance indicated by the Brazilian Health Regulatory Agency, maintains tables with a maximum of two people and a spacing of 1.5 meters between them. Because we have our tables with towels and stain covers, each table is properly cleaned after use.
  • For these services, our waiters are always wearing a mask;


BREAKFAST

As we have installed the our food shield and sneeze guard, our breakfast service has returned to the buffet mode; 

  1. Mandatory use of gel alcohol when entering the restaurant;
  2. Mandatory use of a mask when realizing self-service at the buffet;
  3. Mandatory use of the disposable gloves;
  4. Distance of at least 1.5m;


GENERAL GUIDELINES ON CLEANING SPACES:

  • All cleaning procedures are being carried out with the product ALPHA HP registered with ANVISA number 3266102090019 (Brazilian Health Regulatory Agency);
  • In the common areas, the same products are being used when cleaning.
  • In cleaning the apartments we are using the products, on counters, televisions, remote controls, on the bathroom walls, glass, toilets, locks and furniture in general;
  • Our employees provide these cleaning services, always wearing the necessary PPE's;
